Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis of complex, unstructured data sets to derive actionable insights.
Utilize Python to extract and organize unstructured data from legal documents.
Implement and refine advanced ML models, with a focus on NLP, using TensorFlow or Pytorch.
Develop, test, and deploy deep learning models to enhance document processing and drafting capabilities.
Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines integrated with NLP solutions.
Drive projects aimed at predictive modeling and generating data-driven insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify data requirements and develop bespoke data solutions.
Continually update knowledge on emerging technologies, tools, and practices in the AI/ML domain.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of experience in data science, demonstrating successful project deliveries.
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of junior data scientists.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, NLTK, SpaCY, Gensim, or FastText.
Proven track record of deploying deep learning models in regulated industries.
Leadership experience in managing data science projects.
