We are looking for a candidate to fill the role of Executive Assistant in a clinic specializing in health and wellness. This position involves supporting the CEO in both fulfilling the clinic's mission and maintaining its smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the CEO in daily administrative tasks;
Managing the CEO's calendar and handling email correspondence;
Managing the purchase of office supplies and equipment;
Supervising general office operations to ensure efficiency;
Coordinating communication between offices and experts involved in cooperation;
Collaborating with the Marketing, Operational, and Business Development teams;
Facilitating internal and external communications between countries where clinics are located.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English for fluent communication is essential;
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager;
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
