We are looking for a candidate to fill the role of Executive Assistant in a clinic specializing in health and wellness. The perfect candidate thrives in a multitasking environment and possesses a keen eye for detail. This position involves supporting the CEO in both fulfilling the clinic's mission and maintaining its smooth operations.

  • Supporting the CEO in daily administrative tasks;

  • Managing the CEO's calendar and handling email correspondence;

  • Managing the purchase of office supplies and equipment;

  • Supervising general office operations to ensure efficiency;

  • Coordinating communication between offices and experts involved in cooperation;

  • Collaborating with the Marketing, Operational, and Business Development teams;

  • Facilitating internal and external communications between countries where clinics are located.


  • Proficiency in English for fluent communication is essential;

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager;

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
