For our client we are hiring individuals for the HR Process Office for the position of HR IT Analyst.

Our Team
The HR Process Office team is a team aiming to improve HR operations with IT solutions. Using technical expertise, we are at the service of our internal customers to improve their working life (Users, Managers and HRs). In order to support the digital transformation of the organization and in particular of HR Digital Office activities, we are currently recruiting an HR IT Anayst.

Your mission
Your mission will be to support, coordinate deployment, improve and administrate at a global level HR information system Oracle HCM. Our core HR system - MyHR - serves as a source of quality HR data to support human resources management with several modules including Recruitment, Core, Performance, Goals, Learning, Compensation, Security, and Reporting. Changes in our systems are frequent, at least 4 times per year, so be prepared to never stop learning !
In addition to that, you will have the opportunity to work on automation and digitization projects (Robot Process Automation, Chatbot , Google suite, DocuSign,...) as well as reporting (PowerBI). 

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be in charge of the following:

  • Ensure a successful Release Management every quarter (new features, configuration, testing, change management),

  • Provide guidance and support for our users (helpdesk, training, video tutorials or written documentation,...),

  • Proactively help our internal clients with mass updating data (analysis of data quality, template creation, mass upload files),

  • Support new global HR projects (business requirements, solutions, testing),

  • Work closely with Oracle to solve bugs or develop new ideas,

  • Innovate and propose new ideas of improvement.


Qualifications

  • You have a background in HRIS (HRIS consultant, HRIS administrator) or in IT with an interest to specialize your career in the System Administration area,

  • 2-3 years of experience working with HR systems (Oracle HCM preferred), at least 1 year in functional analyst role (System configuration),

  • You have advanced knowledge of Excel/Google sheet(formulas, pivot table, formatting),

  • You have some project and/or system testing experience,

  • You enjoy working with systems and are able to translate the needs expressed into concrete actions, technical requirements and offer some solutions,

  • You are independent and have strong organizational skills, able to deal with multiple tasks in a complex and multicultural environment,

  • You are curious and willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and collaborative tools.


Language

  • Fluent English is mandatory

  • French and Portuguese would be an asset.
