We are looking for a Murex Technical Specialist to work in Market Cross tribe in a project for one of the largest banks in the world. The candidate will be part of the Murex Support & Continuous Improvement team.
Hybrid mode: 2 days in the office and a sprint (2 weeks) in the Warsaw office
Important requirement: As part of the Support, 24x7 on-call is required approximately once a month - month and a half.
Main tasks:
Support in integrations and installations within the Murex system and other tools used in the bank
Receiving and recording support requests (phone calls, user emails)
Registering, closing, monitoring, and following up on requests
Resolving system problems, analyzing them, and planning improvements
Forwarding requests to other teams or support groups
Who are we looking for?
Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in a similar position (preferred version Murex 3.1)
Knowledge in the field of service distribution (primary & secondary services), GOM (organization, permissions, users), system processes, and EOD sequence as well as DataMart
Familiarity with Murex system modules
Experience working with databases such as Oracle, MS Access, PostgreSQL
Basic programming skills in Java, Unix Shell Scripts (KornShell, Bash), SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and XML
Basic understanding of DevOps and tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Confluence, GIT, Advisable MxConfig, MxTest, MxPipeLine, ServiceNow, ControIM
English B2+/C1
