For our client in the banking industry, we are seeking a Project Manager (Change Manager) specialized in KYC/AML processes.
Location: Warsaw; Work arrangement: Hybrid; Employment Type: Full-time contract (umowa o pracę)
Duties:
Leading project design efforts, including conducting root cause analyses, proposing solution alternatives and business cases, and gathering requirements.
Overseeing the entire project lifecycle from its initiation to the post-implementation phase, while providing the project team with value-enhancing insights.
Coordinating with various project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all deliverables with adequate quality.
Actively pushing projects forward to meet the pre-set deadlines.
Developing change management plans and monitoring their implementation, focusing particularly on operational readiness and the reporting of benefits.
Implementing effective change management governance, ensuring transparent reporting, and managing documentation.
Continually enhancing our standards for executing changes and ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in Project / Change Management within an international corporation, including service transitions, ensuring operational efficiency, and overseeing change governance (minimum 5 years of experience).
Proficient in Agile or Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to work effectively within a hybrid model.
Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
Adaptability to effectively manage in the face of new information, changing circumstances, or environments.
Skilled in influencing and persuading others to support ideas and solutions, leveraging negotiation over authority to meet organizational goals and objectives.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Desirable Skills (not mandatory):
Background in KYC/AML/Compliance.
Familiarity with Project Management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, MS Azure.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Certifications such as Prince2, PMP, Lean/Six Sigma, Facilitation certifications are a plus.
