Data Analyst

For our client, a global leader in its industry, we are looking for a Data Analyst.

Location: Warszawa, Łódź, Trójmiasto 

Working mode: Hybrid, 2 days a week in the office 

Type of contract: B2B (140 - 190 PLN net per hour)

Key responsibilities:

• Acting as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions

• Working with data products

• Supporting the design of advanced data and analytics solutions

• Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand expected outcomes and elicit business features

• Managing delivery dependencies across other teams and organizational units

• Working in an Agile environment as an integral part of a cross-functional delivery team

Must-have knowledge and experience:

• Strong knowledge of SQL

• Proven experience working with complex requirements

• Experience in data analysis, data hygiene, and data quality management

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business users

• A strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset, with the ability to thrive when working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes

• The ability to grasp new technologies quickly (on a high level) and ask the right questions

• High level of ownership and independence in managing tasks, features, and user stories

• Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipelines, and Big Data

Nice-to-have:

• Banking industry knowledge and experience is a strong asset
