Data Analyst

For our client, a global leader in its industry, we are looking for a Data Analyst.

Location: Warszawa, Łódź, Trójmiasto

Working mode: Hybrid, 2 days a week in the office

Type of contract: B2B (140 - 160 PLN net per hour)

Main responsibilities:

• Performing advanced data analysis using SQL on large and complex datasets.

• Acting as a bridge between Business and IT development teams — translating business requirements into high-level and low-level solution designs.

• Supporting unit testing (UT), system testing (ST) and end-to-end UAT testing.

• Creating functional test cases and validating results.

• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions.

Must-have knowledge and experience:

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience and minimum 4 years of Analyst experience.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis.

• Proven experience working with large and complex datasets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to independently convert business requirements into solution designs.

• Experience supporting UT, ST and end-to-end UAT testing.

• Knowledge of SAS or Python is an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile teams.
