We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer/ Product Engineer to work on our DXP platform. You will own features end-to-end, from conception to deployment, and work closely with product teams and stakeholders to deliver user value. Your Role
Own features from ideation through development, testing, and deployment on our Ibexa DXP platform.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to define user requirements and success metrics.
Build user-facing applications with a focus on user experience and business impact.
Design and implement scalable solutions across our PHP/Symfony backend and React/TypeScript frontend.
Develop custom Ibexa content types, field types, and content management features.
Write and manage effective APIs with performance and reliability in mind.
Use data and user feedback to iterate and improve features.
Work with email templating (Maizzle/Twig) and mailing systems.
Develop and maintain end-to-end tests using Playwright for critical user journeys.
Work with Azure cloud services for AI applications and infrastructure management.
Contribute to our multi-application ecosystem including Python/FastAPI services.
Your Profile
Degree in Computer Science, or a relevant field.
Proven professional experience as a Product Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or a similar role.
Experience with PHP 8.3+ and Symfony 5.4+ framework.
Experience with React 18+, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript development.
Experience with Ibexa DXP or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
Experience with Playwright or similar E2E testing frameworks.
Experience with Docker and containerized development environments.
Experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure management.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React).
Knowledge of back-end languages (PHP, Symfony) and JavaScript frameworks.
Familiarity with databases (MySQL), web servers (Apache/Nginx), and UI/UX design.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Customer-first mindset and empathy for user needs.
Fluent English (written & spoken).
Nice to Have
Experience with DDEV for local development workflows.
Experience with Python and FastAPI development.
Experience with Platform.sh deployment and management.
Experience with AI/ML applications and Azure AI services.
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
