Director / Vice President of Marketing / Head of Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join the team of a Polish company specializing in developing cardiac diagnostic solutions based on artificial intelligence and non-invasive methods.

Main responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage all marketing personnel including product manager(s), graphic designer, and digital content creators

  • Implement pricing and product positioning strategies that accelerate sales of existing hardware and software product lines

  • Develop product launch plans for new software products including NextGen with DRAI and VCAST

  • Collaborate with technology and sales leadership to identify and manage physician Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

  • Create user requirement and voice of customer documents that help guide product requirement strategies which better position products in the healthcare market

  • Assist CFO with investor and supervisory board presentations

  • Manage and measure ROI of conference strategy

  • Be the key face to societies, conferences, press, and other relevant third-party entities

  • Consult market research to assess current trends and brand awareness

  • Identify market segment trends and competitive product positions to identify opportunities

  • Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience

  • Quantify market penetration and awareness metrics and improve performance

Requirements and experience:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience

  • 10+ years of a proven track record of the leading the marketing function in a software or medical device company

  • Experience with some subset of the following: medical imaging, image-guided interventions, vascular surgery, capital and consumable medical devices

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to recruit marketing resources

  • In-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis and statistics

  • Hands on experience with marketing software and tools

  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

  • Strong relationship-building skills with respect to both internal and external personnel

  • Ability to rapidly become proficient with the concepts of biometric monitoring software

  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced multi-national environment requiring both team leadership and a hands-on contribution

  • Results-oriented team builder with proven experiences building and growing organizations by taking new products to market

  • Ability to travel over 40% if needed

  • English - professional proficiency (C2)
