Join a Global Consulting & Technology Leader as a Pega Developer!

Are you an experienced Pega Developer ready to take on a key role in driving technical excellence and innovation? We’re looking for a skilled professional to lead Pega platform implementations, optimize development pipelines, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Your role:

  • Lead the implementation of the Pega platform, ensuring best practices are followed across various domains.

  • Act as the key technical contact for teams and provide expert guidance to support the development efforts of other application teams.

  • Oversee and optimize development pipelines and application telemetry, including data from Predictive Diagnostic Cloud.

  • Deliver architectural input and contribute to high-quality Pega development, driving continuous improvement.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring high-quality solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure technical solutions meet those requirements.

  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure smooth communication across teams.


What we’re looking for:

  • Pega PCSSA certification (minimum version 8.5).

  • Proven experience leading a Pega development team, driving projects to success.

  • Strong knowledge of Pega deployment manager and Predictive Diagnostic Cloud.

  • Deep understanding of the Pega platform and low-code/no-code development principles.

  • Experience with complex integrations, database management, and ensuring data consistency across systems.

  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business needs.

  • Ability to mentor and support junior developers, enabling them to grow and succeed in their roles.
