Are you an experienced Pega Developer ready to take on a key role in driving technical excellence and innovation? We’re looking for a skilled professional to lead Pega platform implementations, optimize development pipelines, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Your role:
Lead the implementation of the Pega platform, ensuring best practices are followed across various domains.
Act as the key technical contact for teams and provide expert guidance to support the development efforts of other application teams.
Oversee and optimize development pipelines and application telemetry, including data from Predictive Diagnostic Cloud.
Deliver architectural input and contribute to high-quality Pega development, driving continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure technical solutions meet those requirements.
Manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure smooth communication across teams.
What we’re looking for:
Pega PCSSA certification (minimum version 8.5).
Proven experience leading a Pega development team, driving projects to success.
Strong knowledge of Pega deployment manager and Predictive Diagnostic Cloud.
Deep understanding of the Pega platform and low-code/no-code development principles.
Experience with complex integrations, database management, and ensuring data consistency across systems.
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
Ability to mentor and support junior developers, enabling them to grow and succeed in their roles.
