Position: Power Platform Solutions Developer / Engineer

Job Description :

We are seeking an ideal candidate with a strong understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. The candidate should be capable of working independently to deliver high-quality solutions. Additionally, experience with deploying Power Platform solutions in compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) policies and best practices is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft CoPilot Studio and a good grasp of Python are highly desirable.

Contract type: B2B ( 140-160 PLN net/hour)

Working mode:  Hybrid (2-3 days/office in Kraków)

A detailed view of the role:

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.

• Build custom applications, workflows, and dashboards to improve business processes and enhance productivity.

• Leverage CoPilot Studio to create AI-driven solutions and enhance automation capabilities.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational standards and SDLC policies.

• Manage the deployment of Power Platform solutions, including packaging, testing, and release management using tools like Azure DevOps or other deployment tools.

• Develop and integrate custom connectors and APIs, with a preference for experience in Python for advanced scripting and data manipulation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features, updates, and best practices to continuously improve solutions.

• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
