Product Engineer/Full Stack Developer

For our client we are looking for an experienced Product Engineer/Full Stack Developer to work on the DXP platform. You'll own features end-to-end, from conception to deployment, and work closely with product teams & stakeholders to deliver user value. This is an opportunity to make a real impact on the platform's growth and user experience.

Your role:

• Own features from ideation through development, testing, and​​​​​​​ deployment on our Ibexa DXP platform

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define user requirements and success metrics

• Build user-facing applications with a focus on user experience and business impact

• Design and implement scalable solutions across our PHP/Symfony backend and React/TypeScript frontend

• Develop custom Ibexa content types, field types, and content management features

• Write and manage effective APIs with performance and reliability in mind

• Use data and user feedback to iterate and improve features

• Work with email templating (Maizzle/Twig) and mailing systems

• Develop and maintain end-to-end tests using Playwright for critical user journeys

• Work with Azure cloud services for AI applications and infrastructure management

• Contribute to our multi-application ecosystem including Python/FastAPI services

Your Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, or relevant field

• Proven professional experience as a Developer or similar role

• Experience with PHP 8.3+, Python and Symfony 5.4+ framework

• Experience with React 18+, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript development

• Experience with Ibexa DXP or similar enterprise CMS platforms

• Experience with Playwright or similar E2E testing frameworks

• Experience with Docker and containerized development environments

• Experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure management

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React)

• Knowledge of back-end languages (PHP, Symfony) and JavaScript frameworks

• Familiarity with databases (MySQL), web servers (Apache/Nginx) and UX design

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies

• Excellent communication, problem solving and teamwork skills

• Customer first mind-set and empathy for user needs

• Fluent in English (written & spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience with DDEV for local development workflows

• Experience with Python and FastAPI development

• Experience with Platform.sh deployment and management

• Experience with AI/ML applications and Azure AI services

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies
