Web Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:

As a Web Engineer, you will work collaboratively with the team to develop, maintain, and support our web-facing applications in on-premise, cloud, and SaaS environments. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high availability and performance in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing technical system and configuration changes;

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles;

• Participating in various projects and programs across our strategic and technology portfolios;

• Providing operational support in compliance with the ITIL framework and adhering to established SLAs;

• Communicating complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

The ideal candidate will have robust technical proficiency and analytical skills in a range of enterprise technologies. Key qualifications include:

• Experience with .NET Web Applications, Azure, and DevOps;

• Proficiency in IIS, Azure DevOps, Release Pipelines, load balancing (including F5), and single sign-on solutions (SAML, Okta);

• Familiarity with PowerShell, scripting, and analytical tools such as PowerBI, Webtrends, Tableau, and Excel;

• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure (MS AD, SCCM, SCOM, Windows Server OS, Windows Server Administration);

• An understanding of basic networking concepts and diagnostic tools (Wireshark, Fiddler);

• Experience in certificate management, security patching, and basic SQL scripting and database management;

• Previous experience in operational infrastructure support in a 2nd or 3rd line role.
